Problems testing out sample inbound voice using Dialogic crd

[2003/04/18 17:05:08.737] [Incoming Channel #1] Error Answering : Device did not report CONNECT

This was working fine and we would get the sample stock automated line when we were using the voice modem, but now that we are using a Dialog 4/PCI voice card, it is giving us problems accepting the call comming in. What does "Error Answering: Device did not report CONNECT" mean?

thanks in advance..

Nick
