Dear Support,

Attached is the session log as requested. If you notice we initially tested
Message Server Communication Suite with a US Robotics Internal 56K Voice
modem which worked great, however if you noticed when we tried to do
extension transfers we were limited in that area because we were using a
modem. So we went ahead and purchased a brand new Dialogic D/4PCI card from
an ebay vendor and installed it exactly like it was directed from your
mawnet.com site under dialogic installs for Windows 2000. So far we have
tried the latest driver 5.1.1 and even 5.0 just incase if this was a flaw,
however no matter what we do we keep getting the same error:

Error Answering : Device did not report CONNECT

I've noticed that if we also use these voice cards under the Outgoing lines
as "Fax port" and "SMS/Pager port" the next time Message Server starts we
get the following error:

Can not initialize fax modem
Can not initialize pager channel

So for the time being we have disabled and have selected "NONE" for these
two, however we believe this problem might be interrelated.

If you can check with Dialogic to see if there is anything we can do to make
this work, we would really appreciate it.
