Hello
I am very interested in running an IVR service.

Can Message Server Communication Suite help me to do the following:

1/ Allow callers to create their own voice mailbox?
- Place their voice mailbox in a directory of their choosing for others to hear and reply too?
- Automatically issue a box number and pin number (or they choose the pin number)?
- Mailbox management login and area (edit, browse, sort and save replies)?

2/ Login to service by way of a pin number, which activates stats and history of the callers use of the service, which can be made available for them to hear/view?

3/ Allow callers to login record a greeting, browse other callers greetings, then chat live with their selected caller/s?

4/ Accept calls and service access through the internet (PC-PC, PC-Phone or similar)?

5/ All of the above done without our intervention (automatically)?

6/ What other software would be required? And what other type of programming (VB or C++, etc.)?

I am very new to this technology and any help will be much appreciated.
