The watchdog error occurs if the system stays within the same state for more
than 20 minutes. It is not documented as it should never happen other than
when a serious problem occurred. The "List index out of bounds" error points
to a problem with corrupt databases. Please ask the customer to delete the
errors.db (again) and also the messages.db (and the messagecont.db). Both
databases need to be cleaned regularly. You may do this automatically by
setting the appropriate values under MsgCenter->Tools->Preferences->General
