I have been troubleshooting the problem your having for over a month now. I have tried this on Windows 2000 Professional and Windows 2000 Server. I also have the same D4/PCI card as you and get the same exact error. I have tried drivers version 5.1.1 and 5.0 and no success either. However JR do tell me this, when you point SMS and Faxing services to your Dialogic card othern than just the voice, do you get an error on startup saying sms cannot inialize and also fax service cannot inialize (something like that). I bet you if you use the talker32.exe application to test out your TAPI it will work correctly. Infact even try using the sample "Dialog Horoscope program" and you will notice that it works with that also. So the only issue I see is that something between the Dialogic card and the MSCS doesn't work and atleast I'm not alone in this.
