Upgrade version and other questions

1.I have two licensed copies of MSCS.
I have a single line copy that we purchased earlier this year. It is version 5.2.4. We are using that as development.
We recently purchased a four line version that is version 5.4.1 and it will be our production. We want to keep both environments in sync. Can I upgrade the 5.2.4 version?

2. In version 5.2.4 the $RV[@TIME] is in the format of hh:mm:ss and 5.4.1 is hhHmmMssS. We like the 5.2.4 version. Can it be done in 5.4.1?

3. In the four line version, I want to connect to two out going phone lines. I see that it supports 4 incomming, but our application is outbound and I need to use both phone lines at the same time. How can this be done? Thanks,
