So you want to add a new SMS provider?
Meaning a new server that you can dial up through your modem and then send your SMS through this connection?
To add a new SMSC you need to ask the new provider what protocol they support (XIO/TAP or UCP). Then you need to know the connection parameters to connect to their service (Baud rate etc, IE 1200,E,7,1). You also need to ask them if they require a username/password to connect.
Once you have all those information just go in MsgCenter to the "Paging services" and select NEW, then add the information received.
