Thank you for the files.
Somehow the script you send us is not the one that is used when recording
the session.log and you apparently also manually modified the session.log,
but I was still able to get the picture.

The modem reports to have "heard" the digit "5", followed by the digit "1".
If you have only pressed the digit "1", then there may be a problem with the
modem driver you are using for your ESS ES56T-PI Data Fax Voice Modem.
As first step I would try to download and install the latest driver from the
web.
It is also possible that the last voice file played (C:\msgcnt\Scripts wav
files\0060.wav) has some influence. Try to use another voice file to see if
this has an effect. In any case this is a problem associated with your
modem or driver. If you can, you may use another modem for testing just to
confirm this.


>2-Result Variable Switch will not take the default time out path

There was no "Result Variable Switch" cell used in your script, hence I can
not advise on this issue.
