I know you can save it to a file but it is not on the message server window & it is not helpful. If there is no way to make a note, flag a message or visually change its status in the window the program is not usefull to me.

If you received 20 messages & needed to take action on 5 or so of them, they will all look the same in the window.

This is a "deal breaker" for me unless I can find a work around.
