All those SMSC are country specific or internet SMSCs.
You can use any internet SMSC as long as you have an account with one.
You should select a dial-up SMSC in your country, otherwise you need to change its phone number to include the country code.
To select a different SMSC go to Tools->Preferences->SMS and select either internet or modem. Then choose the SMSC form the "Default SMS central" box.
