Yogesh,

When saving the files make sure to save them in black and white only (monochrome). Just look at the file size before (original from us) and after you save it. If it increases in size then your graphic application did not save it correctly. You need to save them at 1 bit/pixel. We normally use PainShop for editing the pictures and it works OK.
