Thank you for your prompt reply before, I have managed to get SMS
messages sent using the centre, and also the sendmsg.exe command line
program. but I have noticed that every now and again it will fail to send a
message with an entry in the error log of :

[Out Channel] Paging Service: Does Not Respond => UK,One-2-One(1),TAP

Is this just simply the SMSC being busy? or is it badly formatted messages?
it seems to happen more with the command line scripting but has happened
with the send msg on the control centre so may just be a coincidence.

We would also like to enquire about registration, what is the best
way to do this and what fee do you charge for this?
