Thank you for your help - I put my modem in a different slot in the computer, re-installed it, re-installed message server and now it works ok.

Now I am trying to receive faxes. I have faxes sent from work and can receive them fine in winfax pro 10 but cannot receive them in message server. Here is system log info:

Thank you for your comments. If I can get the fax working - or someway to receive faxes and voice automaticall I will glady purchase this program.
