You can receive SMS (pager) messages by connecting a mobile phone to the COM port of your computer and letting MSCS scan this COM port and download the messages of the inbox.
If you wish you can then define scripts to be run to "react" on the messages received or to forward them.
To configure the port where your mobile is attached to please go to MsgCenter->Tools->Preferences->Communication->Mobile Phone
