MSCS can unfortunately not be used for voice recognition, hence it is impossible to divert depending on what the caller SAYS. You can set up the system for the user to PRESS A KEY on the phone. IE "Please press 1 for hardware, 2 for software".
My recommendation would be for you to run through a couple of the samples under C:\MsgServer\SampleScripts\VoiceScripts to get a basic idea.
