I can't get my USR Message modem to provide caller id to Message Server. A Hyperterm test shows that if I send AT#CID=1 to it, it will enable cli and I see the number etc. But it seems this cannot be stored in a profile. AT&W0 does not save this setting. If your script is sending ATZ, then CLI=0 again. I don't see a field where I can send an initialisation string to the modem, except for faxing. Any suggestions?
