MSCS gets the CallerID through the TAPI driver, not through an AT command. Hence you just need to make sure to have the right and updated modem driver. The 3COM U.S.Robotics 56K Message Modem does not support Caller ID with its own driver (U.S.Robotics 56K Message) but detects CallerID with the U.S.Robotics 56K Voice EXT driver.
