sending e-mails through cmd line

please correct the following code, because when I try it, I am getting errors:

sendmsg.exe now e-mail e-[mail:gofetch@hotmail.com] "why is this not working"

one of the errors I get is:

zugriffsufrletzung bei adress 0041B40A in module 'msgcenter.exe', lesen von addresse 0000001B

or

zugriffsufrletzung bei adress 005DB20F in module 'msgcenter.exe', lesen von addresse 0000001D

in msgcenter it shows the e-mail as being "sent". However I get a mailer - daemon message indicating that the msg was not delivered:

the undelivered msg has the following as the TO address:

"[e-mail:gofetch@hotmail.com]"@vdn.ca

and an explantion stating that there is a "bad syntax"

Note, VDN is my ISP
