SendMsg.exe will not actually send the message but just submit a new entry to the outgoing queue, hence the problem seems to be with MsgServer.exe (in charge for actually sending the message)
How many instances of MsgServer are running?
You need also to make sure that if an alarm occurs on the second server the execution of the first SendMsg.exe (Not the actual sending, but the submitting) has finished (otherwise there may be unpredictable errors).
Did the system perform OK while only working with one server ?
If you continue to experience problems please send us the session.log file (found in the C:\MsgServer directory)
It may also be advisable to upgrade to our latest version (5.1.3).
