dial out too fast between recipients of a contact list

I'm sure it's a setting that I've missed somewhere but the system appears to be dialing the next person on the list too fast. The phone line doesn't have time to fully hang up from the last call. Is this a setting in MSCS or the modem & telephone settings in control panel that can be changed?

I'm using a Dialogic D/4PCI (set up with the parameters you recommend from Mawnet.com for the Generation 2 Service Provider item on the advanced tab).

The system hangs up at 14:15:25.257 and then dials the next person on the list at 14:15:25.616. That's only 400 ms for the phone line to fully hangup.

If relevant....the timeout setting on the General tab of preferences is set to 30 seconds. But I believe that is the wait time before dialing attempts of the same target, right?
