voice mail / recorded messages not recording

Hello,

We are having difficulty recording incoming voice-mail messages. Whether we use a Record Message cell or a Voice Mail cell, when the script gets to the cell, it seems doesn't allow the caller any time to leave a message... it just continues immediately to the next cell without recording a message.

Mesasage center is creating a .wav file for each message, but ends up being about 11k in size with a time lenght of 0:00. When we play the file, it sounds like static or humming.

We tested the Voice Recorder and it appears to be working without any difficulty.

We are running Message Center on a Windows 2000 server, with a USR Voice Modem.


Any help or suggestions that you can provide would be greatly appreaciated.
