Using Win XP Pro.
Opened a command shell...cd'd to MsgServer and entered by hand.

Also, as per the previous suggestion, I changed DEFAULT to VOICE, same problem. The contacts in the contact list all have voice as the link.
This contact list works fine with CheckIt but I have 1000+ alarms to process and CheckIt brings my PC to a halt. So, I am exporing using the SendMsg option and off loading alarm checking processing to another PC and a QNX OS.
