problem with $RV[ORIGINATOR]

Dear sir,

I am evaluating message server suit for remote motor control panel application. During my project I could identify a problem and I guess you can fix this problem for me.

My project:

It is basically a SCADA based network alarming and controlling system. This uses SMS feature through a GSM modem. Function is When a SMS is Arrived then the related script Write some DDE values to other program and send a confirmation to the sender. And also send Alarm messages to the users in contact list in an event of alarm using CheckIT.exe

Problem:

When a SMS received from a sender whose number is not in CONTACTS then I use send message cell with [SMS:$RV[ORIGINATOR]] format to send a reply to sender. But in case of the sender is available in CONTACTS the $RV[ORIGINATOR] variable returns the string containing CONTACT NAME instead of the SMS number. Due to this, the script fail to send SMS using direct sending (i.e. [SMS:MAW] is not valid)

Please help me to overcome this problem
