Thank you for your message.

The easiest way is to use a "String contains substring" cell and check for the existence of the phone number prefix (IE "+94"). If it is found then use [SMS:$RV[ORIGINATOR]] if not use $RV[ORIGINATOR].
You may even probably only search for the "+" sign, depending on how your numbers are reported.
