No problem with INS.

The online version of the user's manual can be found on
http://www.mawnet.com/mscs/manual.html
If you require a PDF for printing, this can be found on
http://www.mawnet.com/mscs/manual.pdf

The SendMsg.exe is pretty straight forward. In your case the message will
always go to the same recipient, hence it will be just as question to decide
HOW the message is sent. For this the following subject may help

http://www.mawnet.com/mscs/manual1.html#idh_message_adaptation

If you want the system decide itself HOW to send the message, then choose
DEFAULT as sending type. With this, INS will check the available
communication channels configured for the recipient and try one after the
other, until the message goes through.

INS can also be configured to repeat a message until it goes through.
The savest way to be sure that a message has been received by a user is
voice. Here you can ask the user to manually acknowledge the message, by
pressing a predefined key. The other communication channels (SMS, E-Mail,
FAX) can confirm that a message has been sent... but not that it has been
received and understood by the user.
Alternatively you may send a notification message through SMS/FAX/E-Mail and
ask the user to poll the message himself. So s/he can (depending on her/his
location) decide to call up the message server, to send a SMS or E-Mail to
retrieve the message.

If required we can develop a DLL for you.

A one channel license currently sells for USD 253.25. You can use this
license to send to the different communication types (voice, e-mail, fax,
etc), but need to manually change the communication type if required.
If you want to be able to automatically change the channel for the above
communication paths you need a 8 lines license for USD 635.03.

Please fell free to contact us anytime if you need any further information.

Sincerely,

Marc Wanderer
