INS locked up at 100% CPU Usage

In further evaluating your product I was doing something and needed to reboot the computer. When I tried to re-open Message Center, it doesn't get past the splash screen and the CPU utilization goes to 100% and stays there. I have tried uninstalling INS and re-installing it but to no avail. What would you suggest?
