In the SMS Service Detail popup launched by double clicking on Clickatell on the SMS Services page I have Name set to (Internet) Clickatell, Access ID/Nbr set to 111222&user=nwinblad.

The API ID needs to be your API ID as send to you by Clickatell (111222 is a sample only). Please refer to www.mawnet.com/inetsmsc.html for instructions on how to set up a HTTP (important!) account. When setting up an HTTP account you will also receive a API ID.
