I thought the "number of lines" was the number of phone lines (we only have one phone line). Email and SMS are done over the Internet connection, so I didn't think of them as "lines."

You could make that a WHOLE lot clearer on your website.

Now you want to charge me 150 Euros to upgade it from one line to four, when it would have been 100 Euros more when placing my original order if I had understood your licensing terminology?
