Hi

Not quite ...

You let the user finish its call and register as new user. Then you use the "Send Message" cell to send a voice message to you, informing you that a new user has registered. You only need to transfer the call if you want to speak to the user. If you just need to play a voice file, simple use the "Send Message" cell to send the voice file to you.
Just have a look at the
C:\INS\SampleScripts\VoiceScripts\SickReport
sample. Here a caller can record a message which is then forwarded as voice message to the administrator.
