Query Database

Hi,
I am trying to make a database for telephone numbers of subscribers.
I was looking at samples to query DataBases but I don't see samples where you can query names or letters. I only saw samples where you can query numbers.
For example if I want to kwow the telephone numer of Samuel Navier. How can I query the telephone number of Samuel Navier and get his name? I know that it is posible to query a telephone number by pressing 08860000 for example and I will get a subscriber name.

Questions:

1) Is it posible with INS to query names?

2) If yes, which module can be use to query names?

3) If yes, how can you query 50 names which are beginning with a S (Samuel) or N (Navier) en get the results?
