$RV[@ScriptDir]\There is an alarm at.wav $RV[PLACE]. $RV[@ScriptDir]\That was on.wav $RV[DATE]. $RV[@ScriptDir]\On.wav $RV[TIME].$RV[@ScriptDir]\The problem was.wav $RV[PROBLEM].

This will not work as this syntax can not be used for voice file sending. Here you need to compose the message.

The correct syntax is

There is an alarm at $RV[PLACE] That was on $RV[DATE] On $RV[TIME] The problem was $RV[PROBLEM]

But then you need to record the following files:

There_is_an_alarm_at.wav
That_was_on.wav
On.wav
The_problem_was.wav

and put them into the C:\ins\assorted directory.

Then open the file C:\ins\assorted\assorted.cfg with a text editor and add those four lines.

"There is an alarm at"=There_is_an_alarm_at
"That was on"=That_was_on
"On"=On
"The problem was"=The_problem_was

If you do this, then INS will recognize the message and use the prerecorded words instead of the characters.

If you do not do this, the whole message will be read back character by character and not as a sentence.
