Play Messages using the assorted folder

Hello Suppert Team,

I made a script to read text from cells in excel.
I prerecorded voice files and I put them in the assorted folder to make INS speak the text as words. When I record the files for example:

There is a problem at the Tower

I noticed that you must put it in the cfg file in this form:

"There_is_a_problem_ at_the"=There_is_a_problem_ at_the

or

"Thereisaproblematthe"=Thereisaproblematthe

and not like this:

"There is a problem at the"=There_is_a_problem_ at_the

If I do it like "There is a problem at the"=There_is_a_problem_ at_the it is reading every character

Question:1
Is there something that I do wrong here?

I noticed an other thing:

The words: Tower, Date, Time and Problem every time are changing because instead of tower it can be a engine.

I made a visual basic file to place the alarm text into a txt file in a folder. After that the text can be send like sms to the Support Team.

If I put the alarm message like this:

There_is_a_problem_ at_the $RV[PLACE] it can not speak TOWER in this way: $RV[PLACE]

Question:2
How can I do this to make INS speak:
$RV[PLACE] as TOWER
$RV[PROBLEM] as There is no power

Question:3
How can I make INS speak the day $RV[DATE] in the right way?

Regards,

Miguel
