Hello Support, I upgraded to INS 6.1.0.0 and then apply the patch. Now it is working good but I only have problems with the part to speak words from a excel cell.

I must make INS speak 15 different places, 25 difference problems, different times at which the problems exist, the date on which a problem exist.

So I must make for every 25 problems, every 15 places, every time and every date a send message module.

I have some questions:

1) Is it posible to return:

1 value for a place and 1 value for a problem with the WScript.Quit(value) function?.

2) Can I use the (VBS module) to write the information to a txt file and then I load the file with the (load from file module) and then I place a (String between to string module) to go to a (Send message module) to speak the message?

I want to make a script to make callers leave their telephone problems behind. It will be a problem report database.

3)Is it posible to make callers hear which message they want to leave behind so that they have the option to delete their message and then record it again if they made an incorrect report?

Thank you in andvanced.

Miguel
