1)The watchdog error means, that the system (INS or card) has blocked somewhere. We have had issues like this with corrupted WAV files, therefore my recommendation would be to re-record the ConfirmCounter.WAV file.

2) The dialogic card has several setting on how to report the disconnect state. Please use those settings to let the card correctly report the hang-up.

3) This may be a limitation with the Dialogic TAPI service. Please ask the Dialogic support on how to solve it. INS checks the availability of every channel at start up. If a channel does not answer it is disabled.


4) Which version of INS are you using ?
Our current version is v6.1.0 and can be found under www.mawnet.com/ins.zip
