This is what they sent to one of our other customers who had the same problem ...

Hi Oskar,

I would like to inform you that we have sent email notification before the 29th of November to notify our clients about the sender ID change. We were experiencing a backlog in our email notifications but this did not happen for our sender ID notifications before the 29th of November. The issue with the email notifications has been fully resolved last week Friday.

We do apologise for any inconvenience caused by this.
