When I try and send a message via Direct link I get he error "There is no compatible mobile phone connected to the COM port => Direct to COM1"

I have un MOBILINK GSM ISDN2 produced by TOPEX (http://www.topex.ro/en/products/mobilink_isdn_-_isdn_bri_gateway),
but work with software OAM_V3.4.12, this software is not work like SMS-it.
