Makoto,
When you can import the Inbox the communication seems to be OK, so please do not use it as modem.

For the message sending...The fact that it says that the messages were sent (but are not received) points to a wrong phone number format. When you send messages please use the international format
(IE ++41-79-xxxx for Switzerland)
If you continue to have problems please send us a copy of the System->Terminal window and we have a closer look...
