On Tuesday , the 10.07.2008, MAW Support wrote at 10:07:15 :

When importing from a CSV file please make sure that the entries are enclosed with "
EG
"MAW","+4179999999"
"Tom, Lee/W","+4178888888"

If unsure, please export the contacts before and then add your contacts to the exported file.
Check at the end with a text editor (EG notepad.exe) that the format is still correct.


If you still have problems, please send me the file you wanted to import and I have a closer look.
