Hi Marc,
Thank you for your reply.The information was really helpful.Is it possible to import contact from a csv file without the quotation mark (") because in Excel 2007 when saving in CSV format it saves without the quotation mark.I have contact lists with over 100 entries so it is more user freindly if it allows to import without qutation mark.I tried selecting multiple items with pressing Ctrl and selecting the first and last entries in the address book but it select only those two items only.
