unexpected error

im having problems using the command line of SMS-it.

sending using the UI works however, when I try this:

"d:\program files\sms-it\sms-it.exe" SMST 2333 "some message""

It says:

There has been an unexpected error.
Please contact MAW Support.

Even when I use

"d:\program files\sms-it\sms-it.exe" SMST [SMS:2333] "some message""

2333 is also added in my contacts.

But, even if I use:

"d:\program files\sms-it\sms-it.exe" SMST [SMS:+639171234567] "some message""

it still says the same thing, "unexpected error"
