Is the MAW also has coverage to send sms to Indonesian Telkomsel network?

I'm trying to use SMS-it for sending text (sms) to +62811xxxxxx number, it status "confirmed" but the sms never received by that number. the phone is online and connected to Indonesian Telkomsel network and nothing wrong.

Do you have any solution for this problem?
