contact list dont work

hi,

got myself another problem ;-) i importest about 700 phone numbers that worked fine. but when i want to create a contact list. there are no numbers shown in the "source window". whats wrong there ?
it worked once for me to crate a contact list. now i cant do it anymore.

btw. is there a way to import additional numerbers without deleting the existing ? because i got the numbers in serveral files not just in one file.
