Hi

Normally the
+CMS ERROR: 500
means that there was something wrong with the SMS.
Either the SMS number was wrong, there was a special character in the SMS that was not acceptable, etc.
Just try to send another SMS with "Hello" and send it to a number you are sure that works, using the right (international) syntax (+49xxxxx).
