As adviced earlier messages with alphanumeric and short code originators continue to remain blocked to Etisalat UAE. Today Etisalat-UAE have implemented some more limitations and filtering. We have noticed that Etisalat UAE are now also blocking of numeric Sender ID's that start with '0' and all which start with local UAE numbers '971xxxxxxx'.
