Hi Hussaine

There was a temporary delivery problem to the UAE, hence the SMS did not get through and returned error code 33.
There were no credits charged to you account however.
As you have seen using other Sender ID's (EG 555) did work.

As we are unable to continue to guarantee delivery to the UAE, we have now closed your account and refunded your remaining credits.

Sorry for any inconvinience caused.
