Hi

Then your mobile does not respond correctly to the AT sequence. You can check under System->Terminal the command that is not supported.
If it is the Character set, you may change this under "System->Settings->Mobile phone character set".

If you continue to have problems, please send me the file ..\sms-it\session.log (to support@mawnet.com) and I have a closer look myself.
