Thank you for the log.

The log file shows an entry
+CMS ERROR: 500
This means that something in you message is wrong.
Can you please check and just send a simple message "Hello" to your own mobile phone.
You may also need to try different phone formats
- international format including the country code (EG +44xxxx for the UK)
- normal mobile phone format (EG 0xxx)
