Thank you for your message.
Your account has left 198 credits.
When you reformat your PC or change the login, the computer ID may have changed and you can not see those credits any more.
Please use SMS-it to re-register for the free test credit(using your e-mail address abdulla@alaiwat.com) and then advise.
We will the transfer the credits to this new computer ID.
