This may be because this is not actually a SMS-it question, but simply a question on how to use batch files :-)

CR is a reserved character in a batch environment and can therefore not be used as is in a batch.

In general characters with special meaning for the interpreter must be prefixed by a caret (^) to behave as normal ones. EG for & use ^&.
I am not too sure if this can also be done with CR
, you may need to search Google for this.

Alternatively if you want to send CR then you can call SMS-it from an external application (EG Excel) and here us its ASCII code CHR(13).

Last but not least you may also put your message in a file and send the file instead:

SMS-it.exe SMST MAW C:\Filename.TXT

This allows you also to send messages on multiple lines.<<
