Installation von sms-it in anderem Verzeichnis

Hallo,
wir besitzen eine registrierte Version. Das Programm wird von der Kommandozeile aus von einer anderen Applikation zum SMS Versand aufgerufen. Dazu musste die SMS-it.exe in ein anderes Verzeichnis kopiert werden.
Nun erschein teilweise in der Logdatei session.log der Eintrag cmd unregistered. Außerdem muss die Progrannoberfäche gestartet sein, damit die cmd Line Aufrufe funktionieren.

Gibt es eine Altenative, dass die cmd Aufrufe ohne gestartete Oberfläche funktionieren?
Muss ich irgend etwas noch einmal registrieren?
